ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he does not press the Habeas Corpus Petition, as the detenu has been remanded to judicial custody in connection with the criminal case. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
