This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorai to quash the impugned show cause notice, dated 18.05.2022 issued by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni. 2.Heard Mr.P.Venkatesan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Sukumar, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.The order impugned in this Writ Petition is only a show cause notice pursuant to a petition filed by the respondents under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. Since the order impugned in this Writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.10986 of 2022 Petition is only a show cause notice and the petitioner has ample opportunity to putforth her case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the statutory proceedings initiated in accordance with law.

4.Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the final order, that may be passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
