O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the fourth respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a tenant in respect of the property which is situated in Door No.1/42 A Pannaiyar Street, Koonthan Kulam, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District. Even though the property originally owned by one Kandasamy, he sold the property to the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent is trying to evict him.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken by the third respondent in CSR No.313 of 2020 dated 31.10.2020 and during the inquiry, both parties gave a statement https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9137 of 2021 that since this is a civil dispute they will work out their remedy before the civil court. Based on the said undertaking, enquiry was closed on 3.11.2020.

4. In view of the above submission that enquiry was closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the same is disposed of.
