PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of any enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.06.2018 to the first respondent.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of any enquiry, based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.06.2018 to the first respondent.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been enquired into and during the enquiry, the petitioner/de-facto complainant has withdrawn the said complaint and he seek remedy before EOW, therefore, the said complaint was closed. A copy of the closure report has been produced before this Court.
3.In the light of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
