This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No.8 of 2023 on the file of the respondent, registered on 18.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that they already completed the investigation and pending for opinion of Deputy Director of Forensic Science Department. Since so many documents and witnesses are involved in this case, they will file Final Report within two months.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent to file Final Report within a period of two months from the date of this order.

4. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
