The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to expedite the trial in S.C.No.69 of 2017, on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni and conclude the same within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused 1 to 3 have filed discharge petition and the same is pending before the trial Court.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of both the discharge application and S.C.No.69 of 2017, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
