ORDER

The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondent.

2. It is noticed that the above Domestic Violence Case was originally filed in the 2008 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram. Later, it was transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, (Magisterial Level) Eraniel.

3.Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, (Magisterial Level) Eraniel, to dispose D.V.C.No.1 of 2020 preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of a receipt of copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
