Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the person or body of petitioner son the detenue namely P.L. Parthiban S/o. Late Palpandi aged about 22 y ears before this Honourable Court and set him liberty.

from 02.10.2016 and pursuant to the same, a complaint has been given. Since he has not rescued, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up today, the detenu was produced by the 2nd respondent. On enquiry, he stated that he has voluntarily went to Chennai and stayed in his friend's house and now, he is willing to go with the petitioner herein.
