ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the father of one Preetha Margret Mary, whose date of birth is 15.08.1997. According to the petitioner, Preetha Margret Mary (hereinafter referred to as "the detenue"), has been found missing from 10.04.2016 onwards. In this regard, he made a complaint to the respondent police and since the detenue has not been secured so far, the petitioner has come up with the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. On 07.11.2016, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the respondent police produced the detenue before us. She told us that out of her own volition, she went out of her parental home and married the second respondent on 10.04.2016 and from then onwards, she has been living with him. us that she has become pregnant also. Since the petitioner wanted to amicably settle the issue, we referred the parties for mediation. Mediation Report has been received today, which shows that the detenue wanted to go only with her husband. The same is recorded.
