ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 263 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners and Mr.S.Xavier Rajini, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondent.
