ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to comply the order of the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6046/2023/Aa2 dated 23.07.2024 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims patta in respect of a plot measuring East-West 30 feet and North-South 60 feet. The Tahsildar has submitted a report stating that only 27 feet is available, not 30 feet. Based on the same, the first respondent considered the petitioner's representation and directed the second respondent / Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's claim and pass appropriate orders. It was also stated that patta may be issued, if the land is found to be available. Now, the petitioner is relying on the said communication seeking a direction to consider the petitioner's claim.

3. In view of the above, the Tahsildar is directed to consider the petitioner's claim in the light of the observations made by the first respondent in the proceedings dated 23.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
