Pleased to set aside the Fair and Decretal order dated 27.04.2019 passed in I.A.No.380 of 2018 in O.S.No.84 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Bodinaickanur, and allow the present Civil Revision Petition.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 433 days in representing the papers in the above revision petition. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.This Court is convinced that the petitioner has given sufficient reasons for the delay in re-presenting the papers. Though the petitioner has satisfactorily explained the delay, this Court is of the view that the delay could have been avoided, if due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CMP(MD) No.4733 of 2020 diligence is shown by the petitioner's Counsel. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, however, on terms. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Legal Services Authority within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to Court.
