ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he does not press the Habeas Corpus Petition, since the detenu has returned to her matrimonial home to live with her husband. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
