Asan : Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body of the detenu, namely Rajapunnisha Begam, aged about 19 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the father of one Rajapunnisha Begam, aged 19 years. According to the petitioner, she has been found missing from 24.08.2016. Since the girl was not secured, the petitioner has come up with the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the third respondent produced the detenu before this Court. When we enquired

her, she told us that she married the fourth respondent on 29.08.2016 and from that day onwards, she has been living with him as his wife. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
