ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(2) IPC, Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w) (i) and 3(2)(va) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 in Crime No.202 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is permitted to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is permitted to inform the defacto complainant by a registered post regarding his date of surrender, when he shall apply for regular bail.

4. The Special Court concerned is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's bail application on the same day of surrender.
