PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.217 of 2017 within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the case has been registered in Crime No.217 of 2017 dated 24.03.2017. But, so far, final report has not been filed before the trial Court. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that final report will be filed before the trial Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.In the above circumstances, this Court directs the second respondent to file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
