This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct the election for the committee of the management of trustees of M.K.N.Trust expeditiously based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.09.2020 and till such time the present trust board to continue for the effective and better management of trust as per the scheme.

[Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was filed and the present writ petition was filed with a prayer to the formation of the trustees to the plaintiff/mother of the school for implementing the Urudhu language. During the pendency of the writ petition, trust has been formed and hence, the prayer has become infructuous.
