ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Sub Court, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.69 of 2007 as expeditiously within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner is the second defendant in O.S.No.69 of 2007 filed by the first respondent herein for permanent injunction. According to the petitioner, the suit is pending from the year 2007 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4.Considering the fact that the suit is more than 15 years old and also considering the fact that the petitioner /second defendant is aged about 77 years, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.69 of 2007 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
