The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of HMOP.No.608 of 2021 from the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and they agreed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.608 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and they have agreed to file a petition for divorce with mutual consent. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
