This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondent to rectify the error in FMB Field Map in Survey No.8/A1A1C in Kadhaparai Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District.

2. The writ petitioner had given representations on 27.01.2023 and 28.03.2023. It is stated that in the FMB Field Map, it had been given as Survey No.8/3A1A1. The letter 'C' had been missed out. The petitioner seeks correction in FMB Field Map to incorporate the letter 'C'. The respondent may examine the representations given by the petitioner, issue notice to the petitioner for personal appearance and examine the documents produced by the petitioner, particularly, the sale deed registered as Document No.247 dated 27.01.2022 and also Patta No.11302 and thereafter, if there is any error, proceed to carry out necessary rectification. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
