This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to comply with the order dated 19.03.2025 made in Cr.M.P.No.330 of 2025 1/3
on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram and consequently register an FIR.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, would submit that order made in Crl.M.P.No.330 of 2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramnathapuram, has been complied with and FIR has been registered. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
4. Since the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, in Cr.M.P.No.330 of 2025, has been complied with and FIR has also been registered, no further order are required in this petition.
