ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. The private respondents has been served. But she has not chosen to enter appearance.

2. The petitioner and the private respondent are sisters. The property in question originally belonged to their mother. But the mother is said to have executed a settlement deed in favour of the petitioner and her children. The petitioner and her children now want to deal with the property. That is being opposed by the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent has given the protest petition, while the petitioner has given a representation dated 05.05.2022.

3. The third respondent will enquire into the petitioner's representation as well as the petition of the fourth respondent and give a disposal on merits and 2/4

in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
