A third party to O.S.No.747 of 2020 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Karur, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2021.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the first respondent herein as the plaintiff has filed the above said suit for the relief of recovery of money. Along with the suit, the plaintiff has filed I.A.No.1 of 2020 for attachment of the petition mentioned properties and an order of attachment before judgment was passed on 23.02.2021. The present revision petitioner, who is a third party to the suit has filed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 to raise the order of attachment. The said application is pending for the past four years. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. A perusal of the "B" diary extract reveals that though arguments were heard in August 2023, on several occasions it has been adjourned for clarification and so far orders have not been passed.

4. Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2021 on or before 31.08.2025. 2/4
