Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for CBI. 2.The petitioner wants the respondent to take action on the petition mentioned complaint. The petition mentioned complaint alleges that the officials of Punjab National Bank have colluded with one Saravanan and caused loss to Bank.

W.P.(MD)No.11266 of 2020 3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor states that only if the Bank lodges a complaint, they will be able to take action in the matter. Having received the instant complaint from the petitioner, the same has been duly forwarded to the Vigilance Officer of Punjab National Bank, it is for the Punjab National Bank to take note of the petitioner's complaint and pursue the matter. At this stage, this Court will not be justified in travelling beyond. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
