O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the District Munsif, Madurai Taluk to dispose the suit in O.S.No.70 of 2014 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the second defendant and the respondents 1 & 2 are the plaintiffs and the third respondent is the first defendant in the suit in O.S.No.70 of 2014. The respondents 1 & 2 filed a suit in O.S.No.70 of 2014 before the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk, for declaration against the petitioner and the third respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a written statement in the year 2015. The said suit is pending without any progress from the year 2014. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of O.S.No.70 of 2014. 3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the entire materials on record. 4.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.70 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, on day-to-day basis, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
