O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that her son Mr.Jafar John, aged 20 years, has been illegally detained by the third respondent from 16.10.2016 onwards.
2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that Mr.Jafar John has been remanded to judicial custody in connection with a case in Crime No.490 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent. The same is recorded.
3. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
