ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned letter issued by the respondent Bank dated 26.04.2021, wherein, the petitioner has been informed by the respondent Bank that there are no legal valid documents for extending the loan facilities to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.S.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner does not have any legal right to get a loan from the respondent Bank. If the respondent Bank has refused to grant loan to the petitioner, it is always left open to the petitioner to approach some other Bank and seek for a loan. A writ petition cannot be filed in this regard and this Court cannot waste a mandamus for this purpose.
