2. The above H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2021 has been filed by the petitioner under Section 13(1)(i) & (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolving the marriage solemnized between the petitioner and the first respondent.

3. As no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the the learned Sub Judge, Thirumangalam to dispose H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 15 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
