(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that her son Mr.Prabhakaran aged 44 years has been found missing.

2. It is brought to our notice by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that Mr.Prabhakaran has been remanded to judicial custody by the First Class Magistrate, Ambulapuzha Court, Kerala State. The same is recorded. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
