O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's petitions No.210/2023/RDP/SG, dated 12.01.2023 and No.2289/2019/RDP/SG, dated 11.03.2019 pending before the respondent within a time stipulated by this Court.

It is evident from the records that the petitioner has earlier filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.7933 of 2023 against the respondent herein ; the Director, Department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj; the District Collector, Sivagangai District and other Officials; and the learned Judge of this Court by observing that this Court has no jurisdiction to pass any direction as sought for by the petitioner, that a case came to be registered in Crime No. 62 of 2022, dated 18.03.2002 for the offence under Sections 420, 409, 379 IPC on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ilayangudi Police Station, Sivagangai District against the Panchayat Secretary and his colleagues and that the petitioner cannot use this Court as a tool for his personal grievance, dismissed the petition. 2/5

3. Now, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitions pending before the respondent, dated 12.01.2023 and 11.03.2019. Since the petitioner's earlier petition was ordered to be dismissed by this Court, the present petition has been filed by impleading the respondent only.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case in Crime No.62 of 2022 is pending investigation. As rightly contended by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner, through the present petition, has been attempting to achieve, what was attempted and failed in the earlier petition.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief as sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
