O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed tocall for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.343 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Koodankulam Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the same in respect of the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by virtue of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.662 of 2022 the entire proceedings has been quashed. The above said benefit is extended to the petitioner also. It is brought to his notice only recently. Hence, this petition has become unnecessary.

3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as unnecessary.
