ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent for not to intervene the civil dispute and for not to harass the petitioner and his family members, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 07.06.2018 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent police under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant/third respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is not harassed by the respondent police and no complaint is pending against the petitioner.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
