This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide necessary permission for conducting the Villisai Kacheri Program (Tamil Traditional Program) Scheduled to be held on 06.09.2018 at 09.00pm., to 03.00 am., and on 07.09.2018 at 09.00am., to 04.00 pm., again 09.00 pm., to 03.00 am., and on 08.09.2018 at 10.00 am., to 03.00pm., with speaker boxes at Arulmigu Thiraviyam Katthan Temple situated on Thiruvettanallur-Punnaiyapuram Road as part of the annual temple festival of Arulmigu Thiraviyam Kathan Kovil on the basis of representation dated 20.07.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a representation only on 20.07.2018 and the date of programme is 06.09.2018. Therefore, he ought to have wait atleast for some time for consideration of the said representation by the respondents. Without waiting for the orders of the respondents, the petitioner has filed this petition before this Court with a prayer to consider his representation and the same cannot be entertained at this stage and the same is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable. 4.In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
