Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks payment of widow pension. She had submitted a representation dated 03.04.2023. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request in the light of all the relevant records and pass order within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
