O R D E R

This writ petitioner is filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue the missing certificate based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2021 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has completed 10th standard in the year 2017 and Government Higher Secondary School, Thiruppalaikudi, Ramanathapuram District. On 15.07.2019 at about 10.00 a.m the petitioner went to xerox shop for the purpose of taking copies of the Transfer Certificate and mark sheets and at that time it went missing. The petitioner gave a online complaint on 16.07.2021. According to the petitioner, the respondents neither have taken steps to trace the certificate nor issued non-traceable certificate.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the outcome of the enquiry, further action would be taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall act on the basis of the outcome of the enquiry. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the second respondent to complete the enquiry.

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
