Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant a financial assistance of Physically challenge category to the petitioner namely S.Poongodi W/o.Shankar, by considering representation dated 14.05.2019, within time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.05.2019, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for financial assistance from the Government on the ground that the petitioner is a physically challenged person.
2. It is seen from records that the petitioner is a physically challenged person and she made a representation before the first respondent seeking for financial assistance. It is also seen from records that the first respondent has forwarded the representation to the second respondent, through a letter dated 20.05.2019 and directed the second respondent to take a decision and inform the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date the second respondent has not conducted any enquiry and it is kept pending. Left with no other option, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
3. Heard Mr.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.05.2019 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
6. This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
