ORDER

According to the petitioner, the case has been registered in Crime No.86 of 2018 dated 12.02.2018. But, so far, final report has not been filed before the trial Court. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner will co-operate for enquiry, final report will be filed before the trial Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will co-operate for enquiry.
