The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), would submit that some of the the petitioners are not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
