No.9190/2022 dt 18.05.2022 in respect of depositing Rs.100000/- (One Lakh) to the credit of Cr.No.8/2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL KUMAR.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9190 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a daily wages coolie worker, therefore, he mobilize the the fund within a period of two weeks. He further submitted that the major part of the amount has already been recovered from the petitioner.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed and time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9190 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
