Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the land comprised in Survey No.110/18, measuring about 0.45.50 ares, bearing Patta No.944, situated at Melathuraiyur Village, Kannamangalam Post, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, in the light of the petitioner's application dated 18.01.2021, submitted before the first respondent, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the land comprised in Survey No. 110/18, measuring about 0.45.50 ares, bearing Patta No.944, situated at Melathuraiyur Village, Kannamangalam Post, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, in the light of the her application dated 18.01.2021, submitted before the first respondent, within a time frame.

2.Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.E1/1672/2021, dated 19.07.2021, and submitted that the property in question has already been measured in the presence of the petitioner on 25.01.2021 and the petitioner's claim was rejected directing her to file an appeal for further survey and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. It is left open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned, if she is so aggrieved.
