The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct survey and demarcate four boundaries of the petitioner's land based on the petitioner's application, dated 22.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner has also arrayed the neighbouring land owners as respondents 4 and 5.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that though CSR had been lodged, the same has been closed and now there are no criminal proceedings pending. 2/4

In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 22.03.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, if necessary, after giving advance notice to the petitioner and respondents 4 & 5, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
