Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct "Aadal Padal Dance Programme at Arulmigu Santhanamariamman Temple at Adhirampattinam Village, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District on 18.05.2015 and pass such other order as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct "Aadal Padal Dance Programme at Arulmigu Santhanamariamman Temple at Adhirampattinam Village, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District on 18.05.2015. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 07.05.2015. However, the respondent has not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 7.5.2015. Accordingly, I direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 7.5.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
