The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct the "Adal Padal Dance Programme" on 15.05.2015 from 06.00PM to 11PM on the eve of t festival in "Arulmighu Poonatchi Amman Temple, situates in Neyveli Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District based on petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2015.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondents on 10.05.2015. However, the respondents have not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.05.2015. Accordingly, I direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, immediately on production of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
