This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to prosecute the respondents 2 to 4. 2.No representation for the petitioner.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, a case in Crime No.845 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 471, 468, 474 and 109 of IPC has been registered against 9 persons. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
