ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition as imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3616/2026 by its order dated 20.02.2026 on the file of the Court to deposit sum Rs.150000/- to the credit of Crime No.89/2026 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- and subsequently, the petitioner's husband also deposited a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-. Therefore, she is unable to pay the remaining amount of Rs.1,50,000/- as ordered by this Court. Hence, he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) 2/4

No. 3616 of 2026 dated 20.02.2026, to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 89 of 2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
