The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondents to grant permission to perform the cultural programme (ie.,) Dance Programme on 17.05.2015 at 06.30PM in the festival of Arulmighu Sri Karpagavinayakar Kovil at Kuravankollai Village, Kuruvikarambai Panchayat, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the second respondent on 09.05.2015. However, the second respondent has not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 09.05.2015. Accordingly, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 09.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, within two days from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
