ORDER
This petition is filed not to harass the petitioner, in the blanket of enquiry in CSR.No. Nil/2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional public prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it came to know that third respondent was already married and that marriage was dissolved at the village level. Later she joined this petitioner and lead a live in relationship. Because of the above said relationship, they got two children. During the course of enquiry the third respondent gave a statement to the effect that this petitioner is not interested in marring her and she will resolve the dispute through appropriate proceedings through proper Court. On that basis it was closed on 16.08.2021.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12474 of 2021 3.Since, the complaint given by the third respondent was closed based upon her own statement, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands disposed of.
