(MD) No. 2667 of 2024 dated 24.02.2024 as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI.A., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2667 of 2024, dated 24.02.2024. 1/3

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions in the said order, dated 24.02.2024, shall remain unaltered.
