O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to direct the respondent to grant permission and give police protection to conduct Dance and Song Programme and using Box Speakers on 15.05.2015 at about 8.00 p.m to 12.00 a.m in front of the "A/M.Sree ARiya Nachaimman ovil" Kummangudi Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner has given representation to the respondent on 09.05.2015. However, the respondent has not given any permission to the writ petitioner so far. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I feel it is just and proper to direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 9.5.2015. Accordingly, I direct the respondent to consider the representation dated 9.5.2015 and pass appropriate orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, immediately on production of the copy of this order.
