On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that permission was given to them for celebrating the festival from 14.10.2018 to 17.10.2018. The festival was celebrated on 14.10.2018 till 16.10.2018. In the meanwhile, the other party has filed a writ petition before the Vacation Court and hence, the petitioner could not celebrate the festival on 17.10.2018.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is represented that the petitioner will seek remedy in the writ petition and prayed this petition to be closed.
